The Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt course covers the knowledge needed to participate as an effective member of a Lean Six Sigma process improvement project team and participate as an effective associate within a Lean Six Sigma organization. In this 2-day course, you will follow the DMAIC methodology (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) while learning the tools necessary to perform at a Yellow Belt level on a project team.
The Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt is an individual who has attained a basic knowledge of Six Sigma but does not lead projects independently.
Requirements:
The Certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt has no experience or education requirements.
Examination:
Each certification candidate is required to pass an examination that consists of multiple-choice
questions that measure comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
