The Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt is an individual that possesses a thorough understanding of enhanced problem-solving skills, with an emphasis on the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve, and Control) model.
Requirements:
The Certified Lean Six Sigma Green Belt requires one completed project and one year of work experience in one or more areas of the Six Sigma Green Belt Body of Knowledge. Candidates must have worked in a full time, paid role.
Examination:
Each certification candidate is required to pass an examination that consists of multiple-choice questions that measure comprehension of the Body of Knowledge.
